đŸȘ· Mediation everywhere

Why is mediation at the heart of the GUTS WORK project
— through Guts massage, the Wake Up Club, Tao Games, and soon, a three-month journey of accompaniment.

Learning mediation has been the most important breakthrough in my life. To me, mediation is everywhere — for everything and for everyone.
Mediation is a technique, a method, a process — just like digestion.

🔎 The Process

What – Why – Catharsis – What if – How.
All in a safe space.

It’s about saying what you need to say, without being interrupted or judged. This way, you can actually hear yourself speaking, pay attention to your feelings and your thoughts. It’s a moment to be real with yourself — and maybe also with the person(s) who are with you in the process.

You speak your guts out. All the “food” you’ve taken in — nourishing experiences, neutral ones, regrets, anger, pride. Once everything is on the table, you can decide: what to keep, what to recycle or transform, and what to let go of.

Like the small intestine’s job: it’s discernment time. What nourishes me, I keep. What I don’t need, I release.

From there, two kinds of work remain:

đŸ—‘ïž Taking out the trash (letting the large intestine do its job)
🌟 Appreciating what happens from this new state of mind, and maybe building something new from it

💡 Why It Matters

This process is deeply efficient. Along with Nonviolent Communication (NVC), it has become part of my daily life: with my partner, my children, my friends, myself, and of course with my clients. It opens a deeper layer of awareness, and — strange as it may sound — taking this time actually saves time for everyone.

Taking time to go fast.
