Through conversation, through the body, through practice. In all cases, this is conflict resolution work : internal and external. Open, explore, clarify.
Maybe you need to start with words. Maybe with physical sensation. At some point, you will probably feel the need to bring both together.

Clarity through dialogue.
Mediation is a structured and proven process that helps you work through tensions, conflicts and complex situations. Any conflict — whether internal or involving another person — often brings mental fog, emotional overload and difficulty seeing clearly what is really happening.
My approach combines classical mediation tools with a grounded attention to the body. We take the time to listen, clarify and name the real issue, creating the best conditions for a resolution that is tailored and meaningful.
In online sessions, I don’t use touch, but the body is present. Breath, sensations and areas of tension become tools, just like words.
A CLARITY CYCLE for individuals.
The Clarity Cycle works well when something feels stuck, unclear or tense in your life. A decision you cannot make, a situation that slowly drains your energy, or a mental loop you can see but cannot get out of, a change in your life that you need to initiate, but you don’t know were to start.
Four sessions to explore together what is underneath the surface : needs, fears, inner constraints, defense mechanisms, automatic responses. The goal : open the contracted spaces, bring clarity, and allow your own solutions to emerge.
This process is for you if :
- You feel trapped in decisions or situations that overwhelm you
- You need help untangling what’s going on
- You experience tension between different parts of yourself
- You’re willing to face yourself. Gently, but without flinching
- You don’t want to engage in psychotherapy or coaching
- You need clarity, not advice
CLARITY Cycle — 4 × 60 min, online — 500 €
Amicable conflict resolution.
For two or more people who want to resolve a conflict or a complex situation in a personal, family or professional context. A safe and structured space where each party can express their experience, understand what is at stake, and move toward a lasting solution.
In mediation, we don’t compromise : we work together toward a resolution that is functional, durable and meaningful for everyone involved.
This process supports :
- Couples
- Family members — parents and children in particular
- Business partners or colleagues
- Teams or organisations
- Anyone willing to re-establish dialogue
Individuals — 300 € / session (approx. 2h)
Professionals & organisations — 400 € / session
Costs are usually split equally between parties. A minimum of two sessions is often needed.
We understand.
But we don’t integrate.
Clarity through the body.
Bodywork allows you to access what words cannot always reach. It creates a direct dialogue with the nervous system, opens to release, creating the space needed to clarify, regulate and renew.
For some, this is the entry point. For others, it is the natural continuation of the work done in mediation.
Deep nervous system regulation.
A deeply relaxing abdominal bodywork session, centered on the belly and the nervous system. We focus on the body to release accumulated tension, soften the tissues, detoxify the organs and restore overall balance.
Every client leaves feeling lighter, calmer, reconnected.
This session is for you if :
- You are stressed or feel tension in your body
- You want to access a deep state of relaxation
- You are looking for a body-based session with little verbal processing
- You are just entering this world
Single session (75 min) — 110 €
Cycle of 5 sessions (75 min) — 500 €
The cycle allows a real reset of your nervous system. Five sessions in a row, spaced about two weeks apart.
GUTS Session — Body and mind, at the same time.
An intense session combining deep abdominal bodywork and guided conversation. We don’t work the body on one side and the mind on the other : both are engaged simultaneously. You will probably leave feeling shaken. That is normal. It means something has genuinely shifted.
This approach is for you if :
- You are done staying stuck in a situation, a relationship, a habit
- You connect the tension in your body to a life situation
- You need both physical release and mental clarity
- You want to explore an approach that is not only centered on the mind
- You are ready for a session of high mental and physical intensity
You come to the session with a situation or an issue you want to work on. This is not a relaxation session. If what you are primarily looking for is to unwind, Belly Release is probably the better place to start.
Single session (90 min) — 180 €
Cycle of 3 sessions (90 min) — 450 €
Most clients commit to a cycle of three sessions to go deeper and allow a tangible shift.
Integration & continuity.
Practices are here to support continuity. They help you stay connected to your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a different relationship to tension over time. This is where the work becomes part of your life.
Slow and grounding practice.
A slow and grounding practice combining breath, movement and abdominal awareness. It takes place in a hot yoga studio — the room is warm. These sessions help release tension, deepen body awareness and create a sense of inner space.
For you if :

- You are curious to explore your body differently

Start the day with clarity.
A regular morning practice to start the day with clarity and presence. Through simple guided practices based on Qi gong, you reconnect with your body, your breath and your focus — before the day really begins.
