GUTS
Untangling conflicts in and around our lives.
Mediator & bodywork practitioner.
I help people to work through their tensions : in their relationships, in their lives, in their bodies.
Through mediation tools and body intelligence, conflict becomes a space for clarity.
Conflict is part of daily life
So much of the stress we carry comes from conflict : with a partner, at work, with the kids, with decision we don’t dare to make, within ourselves.
When conflict is not addressed, it does not disappear. It accumulates in our thoughts, in our emotions and often in our bodies.
Many people feel it as pressure in the belly, tension in the body, heat rising up the head, a sense of being overwhelmed.
But most of us never learned how to handle the conflict, since we were taught to avoid it, suppress it or fight it.
Mediation is a daily life practice
Today, mediation is still mainly used to resolve legal disputes.
But its tools are much more powerful than that.
Mediation teaches us how to :
- slow down and create space
- listen deeply to ourselves and others
- understand the needs behind tensions
- build solutions that truly work and last.
We have more agency over how we experience a situation than we think.
And once we accept that responsibility, we immediately regain the ability to transform the conflict, whether it is an inner conflict or an interpersonal one.
When you come up with your own solution, with yourself or with another person, it is not a compromise. It fits to each person concerned.
Learning mediation means learning how to navigate life differently.
And to navigate, we need, indeed, to care about our own vehicle.
The body is part of the conversation
Over years of working with people, I realised something essential : conflict does not exist only in conversations, in our minds.
It also lives in the body : stress, emotional pressure and unresolved situations often accumulate in the belly, in our tensed shoulders, in our lower back.
This is why my work combines mediation tools and somatic awareness.
We learn how to use the body as a powerful tool for inner listening and for radical transformation. (Radical as in from the roots).
I call this approach Somatic Mediation.
GUTS
GUTS is the name of my practice.
It refers to courage, intuition, and the intelligence of the body.
For a lasting effect, working with conflict requires all three.
First, listen to your gut, trust your gut.
Then : Have the guts !
For whom ?
This work is for people who feel that something in their life needs attention, but who are not necessarily looking for therapy or coaching.
People who are curious to explore tension differently.
Many of my clients are women navigating full and demanding lives.
They are capable, responsible, often the ones who hold things together : in their work, their relationships, and their families.
They have learned to manage many things, but not necessarily how to sit with conflict.
From the outside, their lives may look stable or even successful. But inside, they have a sense of tightness, tangleness and difficulties to set boundaries : stress accumulates, decisions feel heavy, conversations become difficult. The body begins to signal that something needs attention.
This work offers a space to slow down and untangle what is happening in life situations, in relationships, in the body.
Men who feel drawn to this approach are very welcome as well.

MEDIATION (online)
Before we begin, I offer a short call to understand where you are and what you need.
Mediation is powerful, but it requires a certain readiness. If something else needs attention first, I’ll tell you.
- Personal mediation (individual sessions)
For individuals who want to work through a situation, a decision or an inner tension.
These sessions combine mediation tools and body awareness to help you untangle what is happening in your life, your relationships, and sometimes in your body.
You come with a situation, a feeling, or simply the sense that something needs attention.
Together, we explore what lies beneath the tension and create space for clarity.
- Mediation (conflict resolution)
With a background in law, I also work with business partners, organisations and professional conflicts.
For two or more people or entities who want to work through a conflict. This can include :
• partners
• family members
• business partners
• teams or organisations
The process is classic mediation : creating a safe space where each person can express their needs, concerns and perspectives.
The goal is not compromise, but to build together a tailored solution that makes sense for everyone involved.
BODYWORK SESSIONS (in Berlin)
- Belly Release
A deeply relaxing session focused on the belly and the nervous system.
- GUTS Session

PRACTICES (in Berlin)
A 60’ slow and grounding practice combining breath, blend of qi gong, tao yin yoga and meditation, and body awareness, taking place in a hot yoga studio.
These sessions help release tension stored in the body, soothe the mind, regulate the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of inner space.
- Wake Up Club
30’ to gently wake up your body.
The practice blends qi gong, fitness, meditation and body awareness to start the day with calm and energy.
A simple mission
My mission is to make the tools of mediation accessible to more people in everyday life.
Because the world doesn’t need more people who avoid conflict. It needs people who know how to move through it.
